Tietosuojaseloste

1. Yleistä

Glucavena kunnioittaa käyttäjiensä yksityisyyttä. Tämä tietosuojaseloste kuvaa, miten keräämme, käsittelemme ja suojaamme henkilötietojasi, kun käytät Glucavena-mobiilisovellusta.

2. Kerättävät tiedot

Tilin luomisen yhteydessä keräämme:

  • Sähköpostiosoitteen: Käytetään kirjautumiseen ja tilinhallintaan.
  • Salasana: Tallennetaan salattuna autentikointia varten.

Sovelluksen käytön yhteydessä keräämme:

  • Päivittäiset kirjaukset: Merkitsemäsi annokset ja päivämäärät.
  • Muistutusasetukset: Asettamasi muistutusten ajankohdat.
  • Käyttötiedot: Teknisiä tietoja sovelluksen käytöstä (esim. kirjautumisajankohdat).

3. Tietojen käyttötarkoitus

Käytämme kerättyjä tietoja seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

  • Tilin hallinta: Kirjautuminen ja tunnistautuminen.
  • Sovelluksen toiminnallisuus: Tietojen tallentaminen ja hakeminen.
  • Muistutusten lähettäminen: Paikallisten muistutusten näyttäminen.
  • Palvelun parantaminen: Teknisten ongelmien selvittäminen ja käyttökokemuksen kehittäminen.

4. Tietojen tallentaminen ja suojaus

Tietosi tallennetaan Appwrite Cloud -palveluun (https://cloud.appwrite.io).

  • Kaikki tiedonsiirto tapahtuu salatun HTTPS-yhteyden kautta.
  • Salasanasi tallennetaan salattuna, emmekä voi nähdä sitä.
  • Palvelimemme sijaitsevat EU-alueella (Frankfurt, Saksa).

5. Tietojen jakaminen

Emme myy, vuokraa tai jaa henkilötietojasi kolmansille osapuolille.

6. Oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus:

  • Tarkastaa tietosi: Pyydä kopio kaikista sinusta kerätyistä tiedoista.
  • Korjata tietosi: Päivitä virheelliset tai puutteelliset tiedot.
  • Poistaa tietosi: Pyydä tietojesi poistamista kokonaan.
  • Rajoittaa käsittelyä: Pyydä tietojesi käsittelyn rajoittamista.
  • Siirtää tietosi: Pyydä tietosi siirtämistä toiseen palveluun.

7. Tietojen säilytysaika

  • Säilytämme tietojasi niin kauan kuin tilisi on aktiivinen.
  • Jos poistat tilisi, kaikki tietosi poistetaan pysyvästi 30 päivän kuluessa.
  • Muistutusten asetukset ja päivittäiset merkinnät poistetaan välittömästi tilin poiston yhteydessä.

8. Evästeet ja seurantateknologiat

Sovellus ei käytä evästeitä tai muita seurantateknologioita analytiikkaan tai mainontaan.

9. Lasten tietosuoja

Sovellus ei ole suunnattu alle 13-vuotiaille lapsille. Emme tietoisesti kerää tietoja alle 13-vuotiailta. Jos huomaat, että lapsi on antanut meille henkilötietoja, ota yhteyttä, niin poistamme tiedot välittömästi.

10. Muutokset tietosuojaselosteeseen

Voimme päivittää tätä tietosuojaselostetta ajoittain. Ilmoitamme merkittävistä muutoksista sovelluksessa tai sähköpostitse. Suosittelemme tarkistamaan tämän sivun säännöllisesti.

Glucavena respects the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal data when you use the Glucavena mobile application.

When creating an account, we collect:

  • Email address: Used for login and account management.
  • Password: Stored in encrypted form for authentication.

When using the application, we collect:

  • Daily entries: The doses and dates you record.
  • Reminder settings: The times you set for reminders.
  • Usage data: Technical information about your use of the app (e.g. login timestamps).

3. Purpose of Processing

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Account management: Login and authentication.
  • App functionality: Saving and retrieving your data.
  • Sending reminders: Displaying local notifications.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in the Appwrite Cloud service (https://cloud.appwrite.io).

  • All data transfers take place over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by us.
  • Our servers are located within the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data: Request a copy of all data collected about you.
  • Rectify your data: Update incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Delete your data: Request the complete deletion of your data.
  • Restrict processing: Request limitations on how your data is processed.
  • Data portability: Request your data to be transferred to another service.

7. Data Retention

  • We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Reminder settings and daily entries are deleted immediately upon account deletion.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The application does not use cookies or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete the information immediately.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the application or by email. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
